SpeakUp and Shine, also known as the Krishworks Hi-Tech English Playground, is a structured program designed to strengthen English communication and soft skills among students in rural, semi-urban, and government schools. It addresses the fear of English through a dynamic blend of technology, teacher training, and an activity-based curriculum. Students build reading, speaking, writing, and presentation skills through engaging videos, interactive lessons, and regular assessments. Teachers are trained in smart classroom practices using the Techie Teacher App and SLATO App. With tools like QR-coded books, flashcards, and certificates, the program fosters confidence, drives motivation, and bridges the urban-rural education divide.
